Welcome to www.woodencowcoffee.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Wooden Cow Coffee LLC (“Wooden Cow Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Website provides information about our mobile coffee catering services and allows users to submit inquiries and book events.


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, as well as all catering services booked through the Website or via our authorized partner, FlashQuotes LLC, 1801 Broadway, Suite 1225, Denver, CO 80202.


By accessing the Website, submitting a booking form, or making a payment, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or proceed with booking services.


1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Website or booking catering services, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms;

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and authorized to enter into this agreement;

  • If acting on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that entity.


2. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner. Continued use of the Website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


3. Privacy

7. Catering Services

a. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings require submission of a completed booking form and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Bookings are confirmed in writing by Wooden Cow Coffee LLC.

b. Scope of Services
We provide on-site espresso beverage catering as specified in your booking confirmation, including setup and service staff.

c. Venue Requirements
Client is responsible for confirming the following are available at least 30 days before the event:

  • Two (2) dedicated 20-amp electrical circuits;

  • A level surface of at least 8' x 6';

  • Doorways/ramps with minimum 30" clearance;

  • Ground-level access unless pre-approved in writing.
    Failure to meet these requirements may result in service cancellation without refund.

d. Menu and Beverage Options
Included beverages: Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Iced Latte, Iced Mocha.
Standard syrups: Vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel.
Additional syrup flavors: $20 each with 30 days' notice.
Milk: Whole milk included.
Oat milk included for up to 20% of guests. Larger amounts must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
Other dairy alternatives (e.g., almond, soy) are available upon request and billed separately.

e. Guest Count
Estimated guest count must be provided at booking and confirmed at least 30 days in advance. We can serve approximately 40 beverages per hour. No credits are issued for unused product or lower-than-expected attendance.

f. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking (non-refundable);

  • Remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event;

  • Add-ons or changes after booking will be invoiced separately;

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or service delay.

g. Final Changes
All special requests must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event. Changes requested within 7 days of the event are not guaranteed.

h. Travel and Mileage
Travel within 50 miles (one-way) of Pleasant Prairie, WI is included.
Additional mileage beyond 50 miles is billed at $0.50 per mile and included in the invoice.

i. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before event: No further payment due.

  • 7–30 days before event: 50% of remaining balance due.

  • Within 7 days of event: 100% of remaining balance due.
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In cases of force majeure, we may offer a refund or reschedule at our discretion.

j. Service Duration and Overtime
Service is provided during the agreed event window.
A 15-minute grace period is included.
Overtime is billed at $175/hour, subject to staff availability and on-site approval.
Delays not caused by us do not extend the service window unless overtime is approved and paid.

k. Venue Cooperation
Client agrees to cooperate with venue personnel to facilitate smooth service. We are not liable for limitations imposed by the venue. You agree to indemnify us for any issues caused by venue restrictions or noncompliance.

l. Allergies and Dietary Concerns
Client is responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for allergic reactions or related health issues.

m. Liability and Insurance
We maintain general liability insurance and are licensed by the Kenosha County Health Department.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury except as required by law.

n. Media Usage
Unless you opt out in writing prior to the event, you grant Wooden Cow Coffee LLC the right to use event photos and videos for marketing purposes on a royalty-free, perpetual basis.

o. Operational Discretion
We reserve the right to adjust or suspend services due to safety concerns, inclement weather, or operational constraints. You will be notified promptly if changes are necessary.

p. Independent Contractor
Wooden Cow Coffee LLC operates as an independent contractor. No partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship is formed by this agreement.


8. Third-Party Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Website or services, including security or virus protection.


10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wooden Cow Coffee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business. Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.


11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wooden Cow Coffee LLC and its affiliates, staff, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

  • Your use of the Website or services;

  • Actions by your guests, vendors, or agents;

  • Venue or permit-related disputes.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, following mandatory mediation.


13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.


14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Wooden Cow Coffee LLC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.


15. Client Acknowledgment
By submitting a booking form, making payment, or accepting terms electronically, you confirm:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of the booking party;

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
