frequently asked questions

Where do you service?
We are fully licensed by the health department to serve both public and private events throughout Wisconsin. For events outside of Wisconsin, we can cater private weddings, corporate gatherings, and parties; however, we do not serve public farmers markets.

What are the cart and power requirements?
An 8' x 5' space is needed for the espresso cart, equipment, and staff. For outdoor events, a covered area is required to protect against weather. We require one 20-amp 110V outlet, and one 15-amp 110V outlet (standard wall plug). Our yellow extension cords can run up to 50 feet. If you're unsure about the power setup, contact your venue for assistance.

How much time is needed for setup and teardown?
We typically arrive 1 hour before your event to unpack, set up, and prepare the machines. After service, we need approximately 30 minutes to pack up and tidy the area. You are only charged for the hours of service, not for setup or teardown time.

Do you only serve weddings?
Not at all! We cater everything from large corporate events to intimate gatherings. We’re happy to elevate office parties, conferences, private brunches, and more. Every event is better with great lattes!

What customization options are available?
Vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut syrups are included at no extra charge, with additional flavors available for a small fee. You can work with us to create a personalized drink menu tailored to your theme or preferences. For corporate events, custom branded cups (cup stickers) and cart branding with your logo are available for an additional fee. Learn more about customization options through the "Inquire" tab.

What is included in the pricing?
Our pricing covers everything needed to provide an exceptional experience, including event preparation, equipment, supplies, staff, setup, teardown, and required permits. Travel within 50 miles of Kenosha, WI, is included, with the exception of Madison, WI. Additional miles are charged at $0.60 per mile.

Can you accommodate alternative milk or decaf?
Yes, we offer oat milk for an additional charge. Decaf options are not available at this time due to limited cart space and the need for a second grinder.

Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! We hold liability insurance and meet all necessary licensing requirements in the state of Wisconsin. Your health and safety is a priority!

What’s on the menu?
